The French Charm of Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh is Cambodia’s French-influenced capital on the stately Mekong River, in the south-central region of the country. Founded early in the 15th century, it has a rich history that’s particularly noticeable in its beautiful architecture and wide, tree-lined streets.
