Bush Proposals On Kyoto Protocol Regressive

Abraham Lincoln once said that hypocrite is a man who murdered both his parents and then pleaded for mercy on the grounds that he was an orphan. This was the first thing that came to my mind when I read the Bush's latest proposals on the Kyoto Protocol.
